As a small business, we are currently unable to accept returns for refunds. Exchanges will be accepted ONLY if we are contacted within 10 days of delivery. All exchanges MUST be unworn, with all original tags still attached, no signs of wear, pet hair and/or smell of smoke. We ask that you please return items in the original packaging. If exchanging shoes, please ensure they are sent back in the original box.
All sale items as well as all jewelry, sunglasses, socks and tights are final sale, meaning we will not accept exchanges/returns for these items.
If you would like to exchange an item for any reason, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we have received the item(s) and ensured that it meets our exchange policy standards as stated above, we will email you with a store credit for you to place your new order. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. We are unable to offer refunds for shipping costs at this time.
Penny Mae is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking number states it has been delivered and you have yet to receive your package - Penny Mae cannot be held accountable. The customer will be responsible for contacting the postal service used to file a claim.
We are not able to cancel any orders. Please be sure to double check your shipping information as well as the items in your cart to ensure your order/information is correct.
